This is for the Raffle of the Forgotten 22's car the Rusty Warrior. This projet was started to be a show car for us to take to events, when people approached we would be able to talk to them about the pandemic which is veteran suicide. Due to a few bumps in the road and changing direction with the nonproffits mission we have decided to part ways with the old Rusty Warrior. Rusty Warrior is a 1950's Jeep that has had alot of passion and time put into it by our good friend and best custom fabricator and welder Justin Corbin of JC Custom welding in Augusta, KS. The body was stretched and built on a complete custom frame, 95% of the metal in this thing is new. It has a rebuilt small block 350 with all the parts attached to a rebuilt TH350 Trans that was built buy one of the best race car tranny builders. It has brand new wheels and tires that have seen 0 miles of driving they are Duraturn Travia M/T 33/12.50/18's on new 18 inch Sendel off-road rims. We have a few extra parts for it but it dose need the love of someone that can complete the build, we have well over $10,000 invested into it if you count parts and donated custom fabrication hours. We would like to be able to take the money and put it into our veteran adventure sports and overlanding program, with this program we will be getting veterans out in the wild with good friends that know the issues that they are dealing with. The hope is that the addrenilan rush of dual sport motorcycles and other vehicles on guided off-road trips paird with friends setting around a campfire will give these amazing warriors the tools need to move one step closer to recovery.
